Frost Law Group is built on a simple idea: people in a crisis should be able to talk to the lawyer, not a call center. Jack and Tara Frost are married, were Summerville High School sweethearts, and share an office on Linwood Lane with their paralegal, Cassie, and two Golden Retrievers who greet clients at the door.
Tara L. Frost focuses on personal injury, car accident and truck accident claims, and she is a former Dorchester County Magistrate Judge and Associate Probate Judge. Jack C. Frost spent fourteen years with the Summerville Police Department and the Charleston County Sheriff's Office before he practiced law, so he knows how a collision report is put together.
How we work
- Your consultation is free and confidential.
- You meet with an attorney, not an intake service.
- We say when you do not need a lawyer. A minor property-damage claim with no injury is usually something you can handle yourself, and we will tell you how.
- If you cannot travel after an injury, call and tell us. We will talk through how to meet.
