What that means for your injury case
- He knows how a collision report is put together, so he can read one for what it leaves out: a witness who was not interviewed, a camera that was not checked, a measurement that was not taken.
- He knows that some evidence does not last. Store cameras can record over old footage, and a damaged car can leave the lot before anyone downloads its data.
